Newport Beach Civic Center

In this post you will see the wide range of capabilities Ampersand Contract Signing Group has to offer.  Our facilities can manufacture all kinds of different materials ranging from flat-cut-out acrylics to fabricated metals.  Below please find various different sign types which were utilized throughout the Newport Bech Civic Center to create a more efficient and effective way-finding system.  The designer for this project was Ph.D, A Design Office

Fabricated stainless steel letters and an etched aluminum disc to highlight the building name and city seal provided a subtle yet dramatic identification of the building.
The City Hall was zoned into various different departments in order to make way-finding much easier and efficient for people to find their way around the large building.

ADA compliant 3Form Chroma room identification signs were used throughout the project.  Also, conference rooms had custom printed graphics on 3M Dusted Crystal vinyl to allow privacy in conference rooms while still conforming to the design theme throughout the project.

Shores Apartment Buildings - Marina Del Rey

Our latest project for The Shores Apartments in Marina Del Rey featured a beautiful monument sign to stand as the flagpost right at the entrance to the huge apartment complex.  The sign was designed by Beck and Graboski.  It features a combination of reverse channel illuminated stainless steel lettering and push thru illuminated copy.  The sign was painted three different colors in order to attract attention to the various parts of the sign.

Homeboy Industries

Check out our sign in the Eater.com and Los Angeles Times articles for the new Homeboy Diner.

The diner just opened on the second floor of Los Angeles City Hall.  As you can see, the color scheme of the sign matches the green and black theme throughout the eatery.

The sign was designed by the architecture firm Rio Clementi Hale Studios.

Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center - Neuroscience Institute

Here are some photos from the new Neuroscience Institute at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA.

The institute was opened due in large part to the generous support of many donors.  So, the hospital hired Villa Design to implement a donor recognition program to show it's appreciation.

Lawndale High School - Installation Photos

Here are some pictures of the installed signs over at Lawndale High School.

The school decided to hire Swinterton Builders to renovate the gymnasium and the auditorium in order to give students and surrounding community a great venue for all kinds of different events.  LPA Architects did a wonderful job designing a signage package that would make the buildings stand out and go with the school's Cardinal theme.
